Privacy policy

This policy explains how Anomali Tech ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit https://anomalitech.com or work with us. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and, where it applies to you, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation.

Who we are

Anomali Tech is a digital design and development studio at 13 Olusegun Soyemi Ave, Dawaki, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. For privacy questions, email hello@anomalitech.com.

What we collect

• Details you send us through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp: name, email, phone number, company and project information.
• Information needed to deliver a project and invoice you, such as billing details and account access you choose to share.
• Basic technical data when you browse the site, such as device type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through privacy-friendly analytics.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals (legitimate interest and steps before a contract).
• To deliver, support and invoice our services (performance of a contract).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
• To understand how the site is used and improve it (legitimate interest, or consent where required).

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the business, such as email, hosting, analytics and accounting providers, under agreements that protect your data. Some providers may process data outside Nigeria; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by the NDPA.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires, typically six years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@anomalitech.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

Security

We use HTTPS across the site, access controls and reputable providers to protect data. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the regulator of any breach where required.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
